Return to Home :: Commercial EPCs
All "conditioned" commercial properties in Scotland over 50m² are now legally required to have an EPC, when they are sold, let, modified or constructed. A "conditioned" building is one with a roof and walls which uses energy to condition the indoor climate i.e. some levels of heating, mechanical ventilation or cooling.
Failure to provide an EPC for a commercial building can result in a fine of 12.5% of the value of the building, up to a maximum of £5,000. These laws are enforced by local Trading Standards departments.
Here at Energy Cert Scotland, we provide EPCs for both small and large Commercial builds. We offer very competitive prices and guarantee a fast turnaround of any Commercial EPCs you may require.
If you have a commercial property and would like to discuss your requirements further, please don't hesitate to contact us. Alternatively, you can complete our Commercial EPC order form and we will contact you to arrange payment.
