Entering Agreements

• When entering into an agreement with EnergyCertScotland.com, the user will ensure that correct and accurate details are supplied. You must report any amendments, corrections or changes in circumstances immediately to Energy Cert Scotland.com.
• We retain the right to cancel an agreement with the user.

Policies

• Certificates or working assurances we issue are guaranteed for ten years providing no alterations or changes are made to the building envelope or heating provision which may give cause or affect to the certificates or working assurances we issue. Any subsequent changes to the building envelope
  or heating provision will void the certificates or working assurances we issue.
• Payment for services will be issued by the customer using secure online transaction by debit or credit card in advance of any work being carried out and will be registered at the address where the certificates or working assurances are to be issued.
• We reserve the right to charge a mileage and re-booking fee for cancellations not advised in advance of arrival at the property.
• An administration charge of approximately £50 will be imposed for any undue cancellations (seven days prior to the scheduled booking) or non-appearances preventing admittance to the property without prior notification.
