We provide domestic and commercial EPCs, SBEM Calculations, Section 63 Energy Audits, Legionella Risk Assessments, PAT testing, Smoke Alarm Fitting/Checks and Fire Risk Assessments. The services we provide are required by business and property owners to comply with Health & Safety legislations, local authority licencing and landlord registration and by landlords or homeowners to comply with The Housing (Scotland) Act.

Our primary objective is to keep the process of property services as simple as possible.
